CSMSS College of Agriculture, Kanchanwadi, V Semester students visited the Mahananda Dairy Industry at Gandheli, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Shri Ganesh Kumar Singh (Plant In-charge), Monika Muthe, and Ashwini Furmalkar guided the students through various aspects of the dairy industry, receiving milk, product preparation and the operations of the quality control laboratory. The students also learned about methods used to detect food adulteration, which provided them with valuable practical knowledge.
